2. Respect Staff
These rules outline a lot of things, but ultimately decisions and judgement calls will be made by staff. Respect them, and follow as they say. If you need a moderator quickly, please ping @Moderator Team (Cyber Watch), don’t ping an individual moderator.
Please do not block staff. In order to effectively and efficiently moderate the server, it is imperative that you can see staff messages at all times. If concerns about a staff member’s behavior arises, contact higher staff members.
3. You must be 18+ to Join:
This server is strictly for 18+ users only. DO NOT join here if you are not 18 or over!
Do NOT joke about being underage in any circumstances, no matter how subtle. Staff reserve the right to remove any member from the community if we believe that you are under the age of 18.
Any valid concerns over age, will require the user to verify, or leave the server.
If you have genuine concerns that someone is underage, please raise a support ticket and present the evidence along with your claim.
4. Advertising
Any attempt to advertise other Discord servers in our chat rooms or in DMs may result in an immediate ban.
Links to Twitch, YouTube channels, Twitter Channels and other socials are only permitted in the 🐧social-media channel.
Advertising of commissions is permitted only in the 🎨commission-info, 🎨adopts-listings, and 🎨ych-listings once artist verified through 🎫open-a-ticket. Advertising your commissions to users outside the server without them reaching out to you prior is strictly prohibited. We take scamming very seriously and any attempt to do so will result in an immediate ban, this also includes pressuring users into commissioning you!
5. Read Channel Topics/Descriptions
Each channel description will provide information on what the channel is intended to be used for. Please familiarize yourself to make sure you’re posting in the correct place.
6. Chat Room Code of Conduct
Jokes, sarcasm, banter etc.. is allowed on the server and we will not moderate this, however, members should generally respect each other at all times.
We will not tolerate:
Unprovoked insults:
If you do not agree with someone, or are not on friendly terms, please avoid interacting or mentioning them.
Instigating arguments:
Throwing shade, insults or instigating will not be tolerated, and you will receive a warning, or strike if it is continued.
Arguments from either side:
If things are starting to get hostile among one another, please take it to DMs or end the conversation, staff will not take sides if both parties cannot move on amicably.
Negative comments on peoples race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexuality or disabilities:
At no point should you insult someone for their gender, romantic choices, race, or religion, If you do not agree with a religion, sexuality or relationships, please be respectful about it, or do not talk about it.
Negative/Toxic attitudes:
While jokes and banter are accepted, if you’re focused on being mean, negative, insulting or toxic, then this is not the server for you. Respect each other and be nice.
7. Conflict Resolution
You are an adult, and there is a general expectation for you to try and resolve your own conflicts with others. If you do not get along with another member, please do not bring your drama and issues into the server chat rooms.
If you are unable to resolve conflict with another user, then you should message them asking them to no longer interact with you, and then you should block them.
If a person is still causing you problems, we have clearly defined processes and procedures outlined in our Moderation FAQ. The Moderation FAQ provides several example scenarios and the process you are expected to follow for each one. If you follow these guidelines and try to resolve the issues on your own, but still experience issues you can still open a ticket in the server and we will be able to help out.
8. Harassment
Evidence of harassment will be dealt with accordingly, and may result in mutes, bans, and reports to discord. Harassment includes but is not limited to:
- Blackmailing:
- Using anything against a user for blackmail will result in an immediate ban without question.
- Insulting or spreading negative rumors:
- Insulting or spreading rumors in general chat or voice chat about members you disagree with, whether they have you blocked/muted or not will result in a warning, mute or strike if continued further.
- Threats of violence, Doxing, or Hacks:
- Any threat to a member will result in an immediate temporary mute or removal from the server depending on the severity.
- Ignoring a users request to stop interacting with them:
- If a user expresses a limit, boundary, or asks you clearly to stop interacting with them, respect their request. If a user asks you to stop interacting, this would include direct messages, indirect messages, pings, passive comments, any negative DMs designed to cause drama or spread misinformation.
9. Inappropriate jokes or discussions
Politics, sensitive topics and controversial topics will generally not be allowed. This is a place to hang out and relax, and some topics are more likely to cause trouble. Please keep harsh, suicidal jokes, promoting self-harm, jokes about being underage, excessive personal attacks away from this server. Use commons sense, don’t get the server or yourself into trouble!
10. Banned Content
The following content is not allowed on our server:
- Not using spoilers for major media.
- Child pornography
- Cub/Age Regression/ABDL
- Loli/Shota
- Animal Cruelty
- Death
- Scat
- Puke/vomit
- Gore
- Bestiality
- Incest
- Attempts to advertise, partake in, or offer sexual content for financial/monetary gain.
- Attempts to partake in genuine findom (financial domination).
- NSFW Feral (unless it’s mythical/fantasy themed creatures, which are OK.)
- Anything depicting TRUE non-consensual play such as Rape (though CNC is OK).
Anything deemed inappropriate may be deleted and further action may be taken if we deem necessary.
11. Extreme Content
It is deemed acceptable for extreme kinks to be mentioned occasionally in the server chat channels (as a joke, for example). However, mentions of extreme kinks should be in context with the conversation, and they should not be mentioned frequently.
Frequent discussion and frequent comments will not be tolerated. If the chat shows general disapproval on the basis that extreme kinks are being mentioned too frequently, then the mods can use their own discretion and ask the chat to move on.
Anyone who brings up extreme kinks inappropriately, or too frequently will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
All visual media relating to extreme kinks must reside in the appropriate kink related channel.
The following content is considered extreme (this is subject to change):
- Watersports
- Sounding
- Farting/Gas
- Vore
- Body Modifications
12. Sexual IRL Images
Any content that shows (or that could be considered) sexual imagery of people in real life MUST be kept within the verified 18+ text and voice channels only! This includes memes showing IRL nudity.
13. Speak in English
This is an English speaking server. This is important from a moderation perspective so that we can moderate messages and content easily.
